Zebvance Posted May 23, 2013 Author Share Posted May 23, 2013 Serious Offroad 1 ton steering. Under the kuckle. Drop pitman arm came with my lift. To make this steering set up work you have to drill the Kuckles and drop pitman arm to 7/8s inch and put a tapered insert in them. I suspect if one TRE had significantly more threads exposed it could be the weak link in the steering. Where did you pick up the taper bit from?
