Where To Find A Fuel Sending Unit.....???

When removing my sending unit, the wire tab broke off to the float. I tried to fix it but everything is so brittle from sitting in gas. My guage was working before I had to change out the pump. Any suggestions? Thanks

Gonna be a very hard find. Your best bet is someone here, I'd figure most junkyard MJs have already had the sender nabbed.

@88whitemanche: He's talking about the fuel pump assembly that goes in the gas tank. The only place to find one is an MJ.

Geez, maybe I oughta put that on my list of JY stash.... I've got taillamps and those plastic vents from the cab every chance I had.

I've got a buddy looking in his junkyard, He's got several Mj's and just waiting to get the tanks out of them now. I can't take a pic because the sending unit is in the truck I'm driving.
