jimoshel
Take a pair of tin snips and cut around it. Or if you don't want a bigger hole then weld a plug into it.

cruiser54
Napa used to carry a key hole remover product. You might wander into a store near you and see if they have some on the shelf. Should be right next to the belt stretcher.
lostissues
if your talking about the whole dot where you insert the key on the door then you have to get to the inside of the door. look around in there with a flashlight and mirrors if you cannot see it well. it is held on by a bent piece of metal that is slid around it to hold it in place, you have to pull or hammer it out (carefully because the window will be in the same area) and then you will be able to pull it out from the outside. http://www.justanswer.com/jeep/2sn5h-ke ... -it-s.html

Keyav8r
Don't forget the skyhooks - invaluable if you need to pull an engine outdoors or get hard stuck while wheeling. They are usually kept under the counter so they don't float up against the ceiling.
