The rear drive shaft was short by 15", so I had a new one made. Picked it up today and will install it tomorrow along with a new set of 33" silent armor tires and some black steelies. All that is left is connecting the Tcase linkage and figuring out why my speedometer chooses to stop working. comanche.gif

there notches on the end of the speedo cable that line up to a marker on the TC which should get it to work  some one on here had pix of them just couldn't find them

I got a chance to cut the fangs, install lights for the rear license plate, and a new stereo today. SWEET!

Sooooo close to being done.

What is this "done" that you speak of? Oh, never mind I found the definition:

Done - A temporary state of waiting until enough funds have been saved for the next phase of your build.

rear bumper looks great. not sure I like how far those sliders look to stick down, but that rear bumper is def. awesome.

Diggin the back bumper, was it just a piece of square tube that you cut, bent, and welded to make the shape? If so what where the dimensions of the tube you started with?

Finally got a chance to fix the braking issue (rear slides during hard braking) by installing an adjustable proportioning valve.

What is the part number of the proportioning valve please.

I can't find it on thier website......

Thank you.....this could help me solve a similar problem.

Took care of the mirror issue.

Set of HD mirrors donated by a friend of mine.

Cut the old threaded studs and welded some new ones that fit the diameter of the door hinge.
