Eliminator89 Posted July 11, 2011 Posted July 11, 2011 Hate to do it but reality rears its ugly head. Rust, blown engine etc... How do I get the rear window out? I have pulled the outside seal off but not sure how to get the window out. Its a slider and I don't want it to go to scrap. I can't get the tailight screws out. I want to save them also but they're fighting me. Probably cut them off.

You can use aircraft cable to cut around it. Get it through one point then have a helper help you "saw" around the perimeter (one of you inside the other outside), either wrap the cable around a wood dowel or use vice grips as handles.
ParadiseMJ Posted July 12, 2011 Posted July 12, 2011 The stock screws on the OUTSIDE of the bed are phillips, the ones on the INSIDE of the bed are torx. Take another look, unless the screws are shot of course.
