Paul Bruchal
I got 2-3 bites on my stomach last Saturday morning. Sunday morning, light red around the bites. Monday night, giant red spot shaped like a L. No pain just itchy like Poison Ive, just not as bad as PI. Know the spider I don't. My house is a magnet for spiders. I don't know why. My house isnt dirty at all, my moms is a clean freak. Today a small brown spider crawled out of my keys on my laptop...WTF Cursed or something?
Automan2164
If they start making lines from the area of the bite, go to the hospital IMMEDIATELY. Rob
Paul Bruchal
There are no lines but, the bastard got my knee last night. :fs1: or a mosquito?
SW86
you know theres something you can spray around the outside of your house to keep bugs out. the bad thing is, it keeps whatever bugs in that are in there already. at least once you kill em your good though. spider bites will have two dots where the fangs went in also. if its just a red bump then yeah prolly some other pest. i went to bed one night and woke up with a bump on my foot itching like crazy. i forgot about it until now but its gone so i don't care

ejndssn
what did the internet say the spider bite was from, as for me i don't take likely to spider bites some are harmless based on the individual and some can hurt you :( and may do some mean damage  . i would get the doctors and have them take a look at it and see what they have to say. hate for the flesh to be rotting away  cause a lil pride got in the way. my previous boss would go to the doctor for any spider by now :brows:

Automan2164
Sounds like you need to go to the doctor and get a little advice. Rob
jimoshel
Ice packs don't cure anything. They just cover the pain while your flesh is rotting away. Go see a Doc.

Paul Bruchal
Went to the doctors today $25 with insurance. I had to get 2 shots in my butt by 2 hot nurses "thank god". On the first shot, I felt like I was going to throw up, pass out, and got really sweaty. 20 min later got the 2nd shot, which didnt seem to bother me. I got 2 prescriptions cost $600! But I got prescription Id cards from work so I paid $60. I have to go back tomorrow morning and get the 2 same shots again hopefully by the same nurses=] And I might get my Eclipse back tomorrow! so I can work on the Eliminator again... pretty good day,

Paul Bruchal
Since I didnt know what kind bit me, all they said is that it was infected because of how much it spread.
Comanche County
If you get a fever, then there is potentially a serious problem. Glad you went to the Doc. Wanna know what could happen? I'm not 100% convinced it was a spider but I had a spider bite shortly before this: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=19401&hilit=iraq
