acfortier Posted April 17, 2011 Posted April 17, 2011 Looking for the older style instrument panel with all gauges and tach... Let me know what you have to 01468!
Rymanrph Posted April 27, 2011 Posted April 27, 2011 I've got one. I'd like to get $45-50 shipped (figuring $35 plus $10-$15 for shipping).
acfortier Posted July 20, 2011 Author Posted July 20, 2011 Bump... Looking for the one with the vintage blue and the tach is x100 not x1000 for a 4.0... Anyone??
kineticMJ Posted July 20, 2011 Posted July 20, 2011 Bump... Looking for the one with the vintage blue and the tach is x100 not x1000 for a 4.0... Anyone?? Let me double check after work today, I don't remember for sure if its what you're looking for, but it did come out of a 1987 w/ 4.0 manual trans so chances are high.. I'll get back to you tonight.
acfortier Posted July 20, 2011 Author Posted July 20, 2011 Wasn't the 4.0 introduced to Cherokee/Comanche in 87? I've seen 4.0s with this cluster.
kineticMJ Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 here is what i have (the image resizer is acting up tonight, just follow the link to the picture) http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1413656/cluster1.jpg http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1413656/cluster2.jpg
acfortier Posted July 21, 2011 Author Posted July 21, 2011 That is like the one I have now, but I want the one that includes the tach and eliminates the low fuel light.
mvusse Posted July 21, 2011 Posted July 21, 2011 The x100 tach was 84-86. 87 Shouldn't have one. I pulled mine from an 87 XJ Wagoneer. The speedo cable on both my 87 MJs also have the clip to latch onto the old ones. They fit in the newer ones, but don't latch in place on those.
acfortier Posted July 29, 2011 Author Posted July 29, 2011 Will they be plug-and-play with my '88 4.0? Or what will I have to do to get them to work properly?
jimoshel Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Well now, I kind of figure you would know that or else why would you want one?
HOrnbrod Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 Well now, I kind of figure you would know that or else why would you want one? This is true.
Thunderbear Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 That looks exactly like mine, down to the tach @ 2000. Was the key off? Still trying to figure out why it does that.
jimoshel Posted August 11, 2011 Posted August 11, 2011 Apparently that is 'The assumed position' The key was off, no battery.
