Frying up 1 Lb of bacon: Adding the 2 Lbs of Smoked sausage: After the rest of the goodies, including a TON of garlic, onions, Kale, heavy whipping cream, stock, and of course, tates: One of those soups that's pretty thick, and VERY meaty...
