cold late winter night dinner, nom nom....

dinner tewnite....smoked hamhocks and navy beans (cooked in the slow cooker all day today at work on top of my filing cabinet :chillin: ), cornbread with bacon drippins cooked in cast iron, collard greens, and of course the obligatory Bud Light (X6)

 

not bad for a Yankee...... :D

Just had me a good cold weather recipe last weekend, been eating it all week.

 

Frying up 1 Lb of bacon:

One of those soups that's pretty thick, and VERY meaty...
