I don't have one infront of me but I would guess the size is aprox. 4"-5" long based on the one I saw (I could pull the one we do have and measure when time allows). Come pre-applied with the adhesive backing already applied. Cost is $24.95 and can be purchased on our website HERE. Due into us anyday and they should ship mid-late week.
