I'll be ordering more stuff soon too I too have ordered a few parts from there in which they showed up quickly. But they were parts exactly as advertised on their site. Cool beans. bmyohn Posted January 7, 2011 Share Posted January 7, 2011 I've bought from Motion many times. On my last purchase I bought a CB radio mount that attaches behind the driver's side tail light. I couldn't get my CB tuned in right and called MO customer service. They talked me step by step on rewiring my CB. When that didn't work fully, Rebecca contacted numerous Radio Shops in Bloomington on my behalf to get my setup working correctly. They have gone above and beyond all my expectations everytime I have dealt with them. Lots of competition and slim margins and you must deal with customers on tight budgets. 1000 satisfied customers cannot compete with the mouths of a few unhappy ones. My wife owns a beauty shop and works hard at it. But this kind of thing happens there too. But I think this type of business would be worse. AMCJeepMJ Posted March 21, 2011 Share Posted March 21, 2011 i agree with everyone who says about rocky road i ordered my lift on nov 3rd and didnt get it till 13-16 dec. when i ordered it they said 2 weeks i said cool understandable. never got it. called again another 2 weeks and nothing. called the next week the guy was packing it himself as i called and was there in 2 days. disappointed. so basically it took a month and a half to get a lift. the instructions (make sure you know everything is legit and all parts used) suxed. I'm a picture guy helps installing you know limited pics. the quick disconnects look cheap and $#!& on my truck lol. over all i wouldnt recommend them i won't buy from them again. I purchased a 1" budget lift (rear shackles and coil spacers) from RR and I had it in less than 1 week.
