don't use a fram....i had terrible erratic oil pressure and some valve tick upon startup in my 4.0 for many years using a fram (they use a cardboard style filter system inside)...switched over to the Napa gold brand and have a very consistent pressure and no more valve ticking on start up either.

i had awesome pressure no ticks nothing when i ran them and i don't know what to use next. cuz i would use k&n but i heard they arent the greatest. this is the first i heard about fram on jeep that what all my friends run too no problems.

The engine bay light may be stolen from a chevy, but they were OE in Jeeps! (Just like the chevy steering column and door lock cylinders!) I have one in my manche too! (Stole it from my XJ)

the headers are from shark motorsports. i got them offline on ebay i asked about them on a form i don't remeber which on tho and yea i love that light its helped a lot

i been thinking about putting lights on the truck, where a set off running boards would go with these lights? anyone got an idea how many would look good? if u could give me the messure meants of that area that may help. its just for kicks lol. i like a lot of lights! I'm also curious about this too just an idea but i was also think about doing some on the headache rack with these lights on the side and red on the support arms coming down to the bed rail too and of coarse all my lights are gonna be led and a bigger altenator is the plans and maybe another battery. here's a link for the lights. hit me up with ideas and suggestions.

Well in the last 2 days i have done a lot. I fixed some wiring issues in the dash. Installed my extended brake line installed (front and rear), freeze plugs and pistons installed, crankshaft and camshaft installed. I got my drop pitman and recieved my msd computer box (can't wait to get those installed), then towed the manche from Casa Grande, AZ to Alpine, CA! What a trip!!! can't wait to start working on it again. Got a bunch of looks at the truck though makes you feel good inside!!! Pics Soon!!!!!

these little trucks get alot of attention when they are lifted and looking good comanche.gif looks like yours is coming along nicely. what else do you have to do?

Well I worked on the Manche yesterday! I installed the rustys throttle body spacer, installed the new drop pitman arm, some paint, put the dash back together, fixed a short in the dash, and got the part number for my visor for on here! (didn't know it was on top of the visor sorry guys). Pics will be up to night!
