I was working on cleaning up my garage this afternoon when this little fellow stopped by to see what all the racket was about ->

I relocated the Gopher Tortoise to my friend’s 100 acre farm. I hate when these guys get run over. I still can’t figure out how he made it into my development :dunno: . At least he is safe now. :thumbsup:

We've had quite a few turtles pop up over the last few weeks, probably because of the tons of rain. I haven't hit any, but the damn outside dog ate one the other day.

We have little turtles. Shell is maybe 6 inches long.

 

Poor thing must've hid inside its shell, and the stupid dog chewed all around the edges, and crushed the front bottom in.

 

I've never liked this dog.

well if ya feed da dawg once a day he might have just played with it for a while :rotfl2: now that would have been real funny if the dawg would have gotten bit by that reptile and you caught it on tape. btw just ribbin ya a bit :cheers:

All the critters are coming out now. This evening went out to gather eggs and found a 3' rattler under the nests. Having fricassed rattler for lunch tomorrow, with egg batter.
