hey. I've been a lurker here for a while, (always too broke to build my MJ up) and i was wondering if anyone has seen a comanche keychain.

I got one when i bought my truck used, but lost my keys at some point, and that keychain with it.

it was plated brass, with "COMANCHE" and the chrysler pentastar with a small leather strap for the split ring

sidenote, i can't even find a pic on google.

I MISS MY KEYCHAIN! :(

Everytime I hit the JY I always go thru the vehicles looking for owners manuals and anything else I can find. No keychains. Found a fairly nice OM for a 1993 Grand Cherokee and Grand Waggoneer the other day. Anybody in CC wants it they can have it for the postage.

That sounds amazing, something youd find in a flea market for 50 cents lol. one in a million tho I'm sure.

I found the comanche owners manual in my glove box after having my mj for almost a year now lol.

i was pretty stoked on that.

apparently, it is one in a mill, cause i can't find anything thats even close....

Eh, Just keep an eye out... Brent($500MJ) and I went to a swap meet, and found this HUGE pole barn with all sorts of vendors... We found what seemed like miles of tables from one guy who had almost every pin you could imagine... Then we found it: smiley-excited001.gif

We found 2 at first, one had a missing headlight... Then we found a third, and Brent exchanged the missing headlight for the better one. I know, now that I look back on it, we should have just bought the broken headlight one... Because chances of finding another are about 0. Pete already beat me up for that...

Moral of the story, keep a good eye out for things, and you just might find a keychain again. Also, Keep an eye out for the 1985 Commemorative coin, which was released by jeep with the release of the comanche... On July of 1985... Has a pic of the comanche, and looks cool. I can't find a picture of mine though... but trust me, its sweet.
