Talked to one of his workers who used program and run the mill he said he should have the tooling already to do the work which is good as this will keep the cost down. One thing he will not do is the chrysler emblem due to copyright stuff. Just the Comanche would be fine. Can I get idea on size or type of metal? This would have to be on the thicker side due to just being able to Vise the part and not build a fixture (more cost)I think 1/8 inch maybe. I will try to talk to the actual owner this week so shot me some sizes and maybe I can get some cad drawings so you guy can see it. This is my idea on metals, Aluminum, Brass or IMO Stainless would be the best since is lasts forever never wares or dulls but would cost the most. I have some other ideas but want to run them by him first to see if its possible as he knows more than I do.

That's got my vote. Maybe the height of however a bandaid is wide, and long enough to be proportional.

1\8 sounds right. i would say it was about 3\4 -1 inch wide, and about 3 long....

and as ive said it was brass, which is fairly durable, snd still cheap

what do you mean. it would be helpful if we could all view it. i will front the money for the order. if it costs 5$ for the chain then it would be that and the freight. but looking at them most of them are less than 5$. like 2.25$ per item, times 49 items plus a 50 to 60$ set up fee. so that would be 2.25x49+60$= 170.25$ divided by 49 is 3.48$. plus freight to you. this is an example. i want a good one not a cheap one :yes:

I've made ford , cadillac , chevy , dodge . lambo , merc , Astin martin , ferrari , Ext. Pendants , rings , key chains are easy.

I've even made big ol' belt buckles . Brass , nickel , bronze , Gold , Silver or platinum , for all you Gangsters out there . WU WU !!

 

Don't have any pics of that stuff , but this is some of my work :

I have been a metalsmith / Goldsmith and fabricator for almost twenty years.

I have Many more pics of stuff like Harley Davidson rings and all kinds of shizle .
