Timmaay Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 When doing a compression test how do you disable the fuel so it doesn't spray in there while cranking the engine over? Or do I even need to worry about that?
jpdocdave Posted April 13, 2009 Posted April 13, 2009 do mj's have a fuel pump relay? should. if yours has a relay, you can pull it and then i always start it, and it will sometimes run for a second. when it dies you know you killed the fuel. ground the coil wire also.
Geonovast Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I usually just pull plug wire off the coil. Been toying with the idea of installing fuel pump kill switches...
MiNi Beast Posted April 14, 2009 Posted April 14, 2009 I usually just pull plug wire off the coil. Been toying with the idea of installing fuel pump kill switches... I did on mine and loved it for when I had my tube doors on, added securtity if someone gets brave :fs1:
