Anybody know of a company that makes them for our trucks? I haven't found anything and do not think that there is anything but thought I would check here as well.

I just got me a set of restored factory taillights, so I would want something that would allow those the remain.

I am just the opposite: I have nice factory lenses and I would like something so that I don't bust these up on the trails. I could keep them in the garage in case I ever wanted to go backwards.They are getting hard to replace.

I was thinking leaving them like this, then someone could do whatever for tail lights.

could maybe even do something that doesnt wrap the back so you could retain stockights like some of the XJ ones.

Something would have to be figured out for mounting them, mine uses countersunk stainless screws with nuts on the inside. With the way mine is cut in the back I have access where the tail light would have been.

 

I may have to look at one of the stock beds at the shop and see what I could come up with.

nm, I think I finally found it.

I'd probably be in for a set for a LWB, or even a SWB if you only made one, I could always weld more metal on myself.

if i make some, I have to decide how much of the lower body lines I want to cut when I fab up some rear overhang sliders.
