like it says ok here's the proplem when i put it in 4 low and when i go thru a hole and punch the gas everything the motor,light,radio,everthing cuts of for a second or two and then kick back on whats the proplem help help

Are you driving thru the "Black hole"????

 

Could be a problem with your voltage regulator.

 

When you punch it, your pulling extra electrical power out of the battery, and it's shutting everything down......how old or what condition is your battery in???

 

Could be as simple as the battery cables being old and corroded too.

All alt gotta have some sort of voltage reg.. MJ's are internal. I think.. yeah pretty sure..

Yeah that's what I was getting at lol. Can't replace the regulator without replacing the alternator.

the batterys a year old red top

and also when i punch it like i said everythinh shuts off 4x4 light,motor,radio everything

On older trucks the regulator is built into the case of the alternator. Specifically the Delco design. On newer trucks the with the ND alt the regulator is built into the PCM.
