BLHTAZ Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 I purchased the ' JEEP ' tailgate sticker set from Spencer at www.jeepsticker.com back in June of 2007 and was very happy with the entire purchase. Fast-forward to yesterday (1/31/08)... We were out running some errands and I went to open the tailgate when I noticed that all four of the letters were curling at the edges and starting to peel off. I took pictures today and PM'ed then to Spencer thinking that this should not happen in 20 months, but I also condone the fact that I live in Florida where the sun & temps can be brutal on these things and said that I would be willing to buy more if I had to. His immediate response (within 20 minutes) was that he had never seen this happen using the 6 year vinyl, but that he would replace it for free...AND...he is going to order some even better quality vinyl to cut it from before sending it to me if I can wait about 7-10 days. Of course my response is "no problem". Just wanted to let everyone know that he is a stand-up guy and don't hesitate to deal with him if he has something you need :thumbsup:

BookspanS Posted February 1, 2009 Posted February 1, 2009 I have his decal on my winshield, and when I ordered I mind is used to getting black for everything else I get. I got the stickers (more than I paid for :thumbsup: ) and when i realized my mistake, he didn't hesitate to send me a better color for free :D :D . I plan on ordering the tailgate decals as soon as I finish with the paint.
james750 Posted February 2, 2009 Posted February 2, 2009 Ive seen that numerous times with my experience. Midgrade vinyl just doesn't last outdoors whereas the HP vinyl will last MUCH longer.

I got my tailgate sticker from him along with an "only in a mj" sticker with the 8 slot grille. Also I wanted a 4 Wheel Drive sticker like used to be on the old Willys trucks and he sent me 2 of 2 different sizes, because I was not sure which one I wanted. :bowdown: Spencer is a stand up guy. :cheers: :cheers:
