garmj Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 Does anyone have or have heard of chrome outside door handles for Comanche/Cherokee? I bought a pair on ebay and they are identical to the orignal black ones but I have never seen or heard of them before.

They feel more solid and are heavier than the plastic door handles that most (if not all) of our MJs came with. I'm hoping that when I get my truck painted, they can media blast the chrome off and paint them black.

DirtyComanche Posted January 3, 2009 Posted January 3, 2009 The chrome ones are actually robust enough that you can remove and install them a couple times without breaking them. I'd leave them chrome... It won't rust.
