Define "no start" for us. Does it crank but not turn over, or is it dead? If dead, I'd check battery terminal connections. If the starter won't engage, give it a tap or two with a blunt object and try again. If it cranks but won't turn over, try unplugging and replugging the CPS connector.

Corrosion in the battery cables or at their ends is a common no-crank cause. It's very frustrating too, as there will be 12 volts as measured at the starter, but not enough juice flows to get the starter turning.

THANKS for the replies guys

POUNDED on the starter for like ten minutes

Charged My battery Started right up

That was last night

Came out this morning and the battery was dead

Which means I got a leak some where

Any Common places to check???????

A neat little trick I learned once for tracking down a short is to pull each fuse and check the circuit with an amp meter. Be sure that you don't have anything running at the time (like the interior light cause the door

is open).

Happened to me twice now; now I carry a hammer; usually it only takes me two to three good pounding (less than a min) on the starter, and she starts up again. Will eventually replace it. But for now, have other priorities.

Back track and look over your last install involving electrical. I did this to solve another no start problem of mine (diff problem from needing to pound the starter).

Turned out to be break in the wire I used to install my ARB compressor. Bare wire was touching ground in the engine bay and causing the battery to drain. Anyhow, I replaced the wire; now I am good to go!

Good luck finding your electrical gremlin. C yah!
