  1. I have a feeling if you pull them, you are going to be able to find the odd ball, or know if something is wrong.
  2. Could it be "blow by"? Is that where oil makes it past the piston rings and gets burned up and out the exhaust? Would that be consistant through all the gears?
  3. great! Looks like I get to spend the money that I was hoping to save. I just did a tune up - plugs included, and I know mine are all gapped fine. I am however very glad that you got your truck running tip top!
  4. that seems like a pretty good deal! How can I talk my wife into these!?
  5. Nice jeep! looks like your making a replica of your neighbors? chevy! I am liking the long arms a lot!
  6. Thats not the motto here. Maybe you forgot. Please ask any question you want as frequently as needed.
  7. my tj came with em too.
  8. how much and where did you buy them?
  9. ya not sure I could get that much for my truck, it even runs and drives.... somehow it passed inspection as well, lol.
  10. i don't know but when you fix it let me know, I am almost positive that I have the same problem and don't want to throw money at it :)
  11. I can't belive I don't see more of these on the trails. I get asked about them all the time when people can't figure out what size they are. Lots of Q's being run in new england... (thats the space on the map right above new york extending up to maine...) haha.
  12. people stare at me from time to time... but I don't think its the truck, usually I am doing something stupid.

    THANKS!!!

    :USAflag: hooah!
  14. does time after they were torqued count? because I SOA'd my axle about 3 months ago, but have only driven it a few miles... (pretty much trail only) Would sitting allow them to strech? or only driving?
  15. I wouldnt pay over 500.
  16. I did plan on putting it into the bed origionally, but I am now realizing that I use the bed entirely too much to do that.... so unfortunately I have to put it back in the stock location, which means I will have to buy some skid plates for it now.... Thanks Tim, I will pm you on our club forum. :)
  17. Cole are you saying that the tank (so long as the gallons are the same as my current one) should bolt right up? I understand that I will have to swap the internals. I am just wondering if I can put the tank twisty has in the stock location on my truck without extra fabrication. Sorry to ask the same questions over....
  18. I have a 1989 4.0L shortbed and I don't want a lot of fabrication on this project.
  19. well, I don't really know exactly how much lift as I forgot to measure the stock hieght and I bought all used stuff.... I would guess that I am around 6" in the front and 5" in the rear. The tires are 34x10.50x15 LTB's. Thanks for the nice comments everyone, I am pretty excited to take it out.
  20. Awesome looking products! How much?
  21. Its been a while since an update.... 3 things have happened: 1. Got pissed at the junkyard and told them to stick D44 up their @$$, so NO D44 - still regret this move. 2. Lift and tires on. 3. I think the front is a little bigger than I origionally wanted. Hope you like - still lots to do but at least it can be used!
  22. I "kinda" feel the same: No more vehicles without a factory warranty!
  23. looks like its come a very long way, nice work!
