First, try the search feature. Secondly, you've got TONS of options in that range, first you should think about what your jeep is used for, are you looking for good ride, or performance? Whats your budget? I recommend to anyone over 3" to replace both UPPER and LOWER control arms, although most don't... You're going to get a wide variety of responses on this. But for the rear, DO NOT GET AN AAL, use a bastard pack before you get an AAL.

MJ = XJ from cab forward, so I'd say yes. DUals? Its an inline motor... you'd have to Y-Pipe it. Only more stuff to rip off

You still havent really shot me a figure. From what Ive heard the 79 Bronco D44 is highly desirable for Jeeps, and thats actualy whats going in my MJ. And the pics... in a few days.. picking these up tonight from the guy

If you want 4.10 range gears from factory, I believe one of your only easily found options will be from a 2.5L TJ, either way, theyre going to have to be ground down and new mounts welded on, front and rear. Depending on where you're at, Ive got a set of axles that might interest you.

I know little about axles when it comes to cast wedges and all that. Its straight out of a bronco, stripped, n coated... still have radius arms n coils to be exact. The rear he said something about it came from a kingpen set... i have no idea

An AAL has to have a stronger arch than your current leafs, which means its pretty much guaranteed to be the first "component" of your leaf packs that lose performance. Plus it'll effect your whole packs spring rate... And it's not like when it sags you can just remove it and be back to where you were, b/c your old springs will have been affected to. Bastard pack it, or get full packs, as mentioned above. Not only for the sake of ride, but for flex, AND permanance.

I have a D60 from a 69 F100 (rear axle, center) complete with brakes, perches, yada yada, been sandblaster and coated... And a HP D44 from a 79 Bronco, with knuckles, brakes, shafts, gears (stock), you name it..... WHat would be fair for a quick sale of these axles?

Well, first I would recommend the search feature, b/c this gets covered often, and very thoroughly. But I would try to find an 89+ w/ Aw-4 /231 combo... You can go HO at 93+ but IMO it's not worth it. But if you do this, and you're getting junkers, you might as well convert to the new(er) open cooling system while youre in there!

youre in fl, run 3.75" BS or less, it's what I do... We don't really get hassled down here... shoot, Ill be rnning full widths fenderless soon! haha

Looks awesome Brent, I tell ya', these MJ leafs flex sooo nice stock, have you considered an SOA with extended perches and stock packs? I'd bet it'd perform amazing....
