Ok, I'm in a bit of a pickle... and would like some insight on how you guys might walk through this.... No, I don't want to hear your BS ... lets get real for 10 seconds here guys.. and please try to understand... My best friend is being cheated on. Problem is, this person became my best friend because I knew his girlfriend... And b/c I "knew her first" she always feels SOOO compelled to drop lines like "I'm gonna' "freakin"' leave his @$$" and so forth... She's admitted to me she's cheated... "crap", she's even tried to hook up with one of my other buddies while my friend was in my guest bedroom passed out from partying... it's bad... Well, This has been eating at me ever since I really knew for sure what was going on.. so about 2 weeks back I asked him how theyd been... to segue into telling him that she said to me, verbatim " I'm gonna leave his @$$"... But he's so 'blinded by "love"' that he said she mustve just been mad, and that they did get into a big argument a few days after that, but everythings fine.... This allowed me to forget about it momentarily, hoping they had fixed their own problems... Last weekend my friend and I went on a fishing trip... and his girl stayed home.. hung out with some of her girlfriends.. did their hair.. yada yadas..... I get a call today from one of the girls she hung out with and theyre freaking b/c my buddies girl also admitted to HER that she cheats, OFTEN, and that she even had a set date, August 4th, to leave him... I feel like Ive done my very closest friend a total disservice by not telling him up to this point.. but its so hard when he constantly says "shes the greatest thing in my life" "idk what id do without her" and so on.... I even started planting the seed that if they broke up he could move into my spare bedroom.. just so he wouldnt make a tainted decision just because she's half of the reason they have a roof over their heads... What do i do? How do I bring it up? Its killing me.. and I can't bear not saying anything any longer.... Thanks in advance guys.. sorry this is long.. but I could go on and on...

I too thought the movie was frickin AWESOME!! Really good job with keeping the comic-corny factor, but making it "manly"... for lack of better words.. BIG opening for a sequel... LOVED that most of the special fx, i.e. fire, bridges breaking, was actually REAL!!! Read up on it, thats why it looks so crisp IMO. Oh, and.... LONG LIVE OPTIMUS PRIME!!

PMI ( mortgage insurance, as mentioned above) is actually somewhere between $200-300 on most mortgages here in SW Fl... WHich is absolutely ridiculous.. NOt that you asked, but just to give you an understanding, if you owe over 80% of the value of your home to the bank, they often charge PMI, which gives you NOTHING, but is a security for the lender in the event you default. Once the market changes, or you make substantial payments, and your Principal is over 20% less than the current value, then yo ucan ask for a readjustment, probably a new appraisal, and get the PMI dropped.

Well, the way it is, here in Florida at least. Is that if someone, lets say here, specifically pulls your credit for a mortgage purpose, 1000 other companies could look at your credit inside 30 days, and it all posts as 1 view... Creditors don't way on the "views" as much as they used to. Sub 7's isnt impossible, depending on your credit, and how many points your broker is charging you.

What you need to know, is that from the back of the cab forward, your "truck" is a Cherokee. 100% Cherokee. Anything and everything is interchangeable, bumpers, brush guards, you name it. IMO, Buy a bumper, not a bolt on, you'll love yourself later for it. And from that point back, it's a full framed "truck", with bushings and all, and back bumpers are a b!tch to find, so by then you'll want a welder and to start to learn how to fab!! Well, FJOA is still kickass, and flame free as well. But we all live in Florida, so it makes it easier to stay a "tight knit group" vs NAXJA, where the most common offroad vehicle is discussed, the XJ, and theres basically no moderating, unless you step on their toes.

I posted a thread in Off-Topic to show people what some of the guys at FJOA (Floridajeepers.net) did when a guy left his rig abandoned in the woods for a month, and turned down several opportunities from locals to get it recovered... By the time they got to it it was flipped, smashed, n stripped.. so they drug it to the head of the trail, onto the side of the road, and had the county come pick it up... Good dead, IMO, cleaned up the trail, yanno? But the jackass' that didnt actually read the thread were REAL quick to hate.... And yes, it has gotten a bit ridiculous over there since I joined a few years back, which is why I don't pay dues to them...
