  4. I know there beefyer than an xj body but wanna make strong as possible and stiffners beside the trac bar and steering box brace? Like actual weld on braces from steering box down to under the back of the cal?
  5. I need to do unibody stiffners on my MJ but I've read on a couple naxja threads the TNT ones won't work at all not close with out major modifications.. I know that the MJ has extra supports coming down from the cab to the frame rails but I don't know much difference outside of that idk of rough stuff would work or not so I need some helps fellow manche owners who have experience with this thanks!

  8. Does the rear brake line for a jeep bolt up same to a ford 8.8 axle? With having to convert anything?
  9. But I started out by putting an 8.25 in and a 8.8 is a little bigger than an 8.25 bc the axle tubes are a little bigger around so prob around a 6 I'm guessing
  10. It gave me a 5.5 -6 the half inch can all depend on how tall ur spring perches are ect
  11. If u have a 2wd tranny now in ur truck ur rear driveline won't work when u covert it to 4wd te tcase has more spline than the adaptor on the back the 2wd tranny I'm pretty sure I just put an sye kit straight in when I converted mine to 4wd and make sure u get all the mounting hardware that bolts to the undercarriage that all the shift linkages hook too front drivelines I think are all the same between as far as I know in 4wd cherokees
  12. If you want pure bolt on, take a look at OROs UTurn.http://www.offroadonly.com/products/new/u-turn/ But really, any OTK set up will not be straight bolt on. The JCR GM one ton set up should only require you to ream the knuckles (drill) for the TRE. Plus you can buy the TRE at any auto part store vs a special order part from Rusty. Why use 1 ton stuff? How would that even fit?
  13. Have to weld on a new mount and move the trAc bar up
  14. Bc I don't wanna build something just want something to drill out and put in

  17. What rear spring u running and do u know how much space there is from the edge of the bed to the shackle mount bc I was thinkin of cutting 10-11 inches off
  18. The bed is double plate metal right like two layers? Instead of just a single side panel sheet?
