turn out my friend had the same center console willi2ds was talking about he just gave it to me (along with some KCs) for free. snug fit but its comfortable

well the axles seals leak so might as well go get a new d30 and swap the shafts out with my new rejointed ones. the problem is finding an axle with 4.10s

so ive been looking at doing a tune up. but with me having kind of a heavy foot i was looking at getting an MSD coil so i can get the kit to put a rev limiter on it so i don't blow it up. does anybody know of an msd coil that plugs right into a 2.8?

genius. I'm gonna do that! ive been planning on getting another cb but didnt want to mount it to the knee plate.

yeah its on the passenger side. negative camber. makes the front look like one of those stanced honda civics. can i fix it without replacing the axle?

i could definitely repaint one of those olive drab and black thats not a bad idea

this so far has been the best week ever. got the jeep lifted, got the tires to clear, I'm graduating it 2 days and today i just got the call. I have a job now. I'm going to be a machinist. I'm so stoked. looks like the jeep is gonna get some proper parts coming up soon!

whats causing it? its really bad on the passenger side. i don't see any adjustments for camber so that leads me to believe its balljoints. any ideas?

so i have gone doorless (kicked myself after i realized i could just pop pins and not have to realign) and my dad deemed that unsafe and drove me to build tube doors. So i was at a party the other day with a couple of guys who claimed they knew a few more things about me. they claimed even though i meet washingtons footwell lip law and have a seatbelt. that a cop can still pull me over for it. i didnt believe him. is he blowing smoke or does his claim hold some truth? also i heard yj soft doors fit a comanche i was thinking that would be a good emergency door idea. does anybody have pictures?

i just got done doing my bucket seat swap i wanted to get some pictures of a comanche with a cherokee center console because i want to see how well it lines up to the floor and how well everything works out.also wanted to know what was done with the parking brake hole. thanks :wrench:

well its been a while so here we go again. sarge has gotten: new brakes new hoses diff fluid swap bucket seats a 3 inch lift and ive been playing with bed liner again oh and now my buddy has caught the fever and has been building his 2 door xj so now me and my buddies have weekend events

well i swapped in some 4dr cherokee buckets with the curved brackets and whatnot i sit kind of close to the roof but have a good 2 1/2 inches headroom. I'm 6'1" so it not a big problem. a buddy of mine is hooking me up with some 2 door buckets so my problem is solved

i got the lift done and everything. in the end i ended up with some 3 inch grade 8 bolts and hardware and 4 pieces of 2 3/4 pipe. i made some spacers for the bottom of the shocks. works like a champ

crap those are the ones i have.

its got the right axles i would buy that for sure if i had the cash
