  4. What to use 242 or 231 :dunno: Is the only differance part time 4WD in the 242 :dunno: Is one stronger than the other :dunno: The transfer case will be mated to LS1-4L60E I was told ther no SYE for the 242 ? Which is the best proven SYE kit Any help, advice would be great Thanks in advance
  5. Thanks streetjeep2.5 for the info. checked out the championradiators, look like a nice product. Will probley go with the Novak as thay are built for LS1 converson & have a nice 9" electric fan set up to suit. The champ radiator would have been a great replacement me stock XJ when that crapped out last month, at least now i know about them :thumbsup:
  6. HI , I,m about to make an order with NOVAK, My MJ will be running 5.7 LS1. The question i ask, is there any other makers of big capasity radiators out ther to suit MJ-LS1 combo, is copper better than aluminum. I,m sure the NOVAK radiator is a great product just want to cover all bases before placeing the order any info would be great Thanks in advance

As for colour you go with what ya hart tells ya :thumbsup: I,m leaning towards BLACK so i have the mathing pair But plumb crazey purple is looking good

  17. My donar was 99 XJ. My original plan was to change fire wall only, but once i got into it there was just to many differences Inner guards wipers and no way to reform fire wall, but to replace with R/H drive The easiest part of the conversion will be the steering box

  19. Hoping for a bit more progress this month as old mate has tidied up a few jobs & hopefully I can get some Jeep time.
  20. Yea man there's alot of difference between left & right. the floor wasnt a necessity to remove but gives me a few more factory 97+ features. Handbrakes, dash, bracket support etc also plan on upgrading door hinges.
