  2. I was wonering if anyone had a good pic(side shot) of there comanche with a 3" lift, and possibly with no fender triming and 31" tars or smaller. i want to lift my manche to give it a better stance, but i'm not sure if 3" is gonna make that big of a difference. thanks, -Rich

  7. Is this the JP magazine MJ?? you seem to have the same lift and rear springs really give it away.

  11. You can't. they're are both unibody's. you cannot seperate the body from the frame. well, only the cab forward on the MJ is a unibody, you can remove the bed. so body lift is out the question.

  13. he wasn't thinking about rebuilding it, he was just wondering if anyone knew what caused it to get stuck and if it could be saved. ax-15 was a thought but he has a parts truck with a decent ba-10 in it, and to cut cost we're just gonna pull that one and install it. thanks for all the help guys. Rich p.s. i only know all this because hes my brother in-law(and i have to help pull the tranny)

  18. looking to do a 4" lift. i don't want aal's so i think i'm going to go with rusty's 4" leafs, now the question is who makes a 4" setup for the front? and will i need to drop the transfer case? and is there anything else i should know? oh yea, i want to stay sua. . . this truck is my dd(i have a '95 wrangler that is my main off-road rig) so i don't want to go that high.

    thanks for the info possum. but my rear leafs are bad, so add-a-leaf won't work. do they even make 3" lift mj leaf springs? if not where could i get stock one so that i could use the add-a-leaf? oh yea doesn't the aal made for a rough ride?

    i'm workin on turning my 2wd into a 4x4, and i don't like how low the truck sits. i was thinkin about puting a 3" lift on just to give it a better stance(and replace the stock stuff, thats falling apart). where could i get a good "complete" lift. or what parts should i get at what places. also would i have to drop the transfer case, or change any of the steering? by the way anyone have any info on rebuild kits for the 4.0? thanks in advance for the help.

  23. i have a 95 yj sahara that has a snorkel, i also waterproofed the electrical system, working on the breathers . i love the snorkel, its good protection from the deep water and it also cuts down on the amount of dust and crap on trail rides.
