Well it’s only a month away now to the event. I was wondering if any other club members are going. Last time I was there I think I saw 6 MJ’s. Hope to see some again this year

I got the hitch and sports bar back from the powder coating co. And installed them on the MJ. A very special thank you to Shoveldead for hooking me up with the sports bar. He wanted to trade it for a swb bar but no takers at the time so he sold it to me with much regrets. And to krustyballer for making a great looking and fitting hitch.

OMG!!!!!!! made a wrong turn getting away from road work and went past this. Stopped today thinking no way does he want to sell but I just wanted history. 401 big block. Levi edition HONCHO. Said he wants to sell if someone wants to restore it not for parts. What a dream come true

I like the BF Goodrich sand and mud. Got them on my JK Chief and LJ. Don’t know if you can see them in the pics

If you don’t want those side mirrors I be interested in them. PM me if you don’t think you’ll use them

Look at those turbines just waiting to go on my truck. Ahhh. Bumper, tailgate and bed look pretty good too

Today I started my attention on getting KrustyBallers16 hitch installed on the Olympic MJ. Took the bumper off first and got rid of the 1 7/8 ball that was on it. Had to replace a bulb in one of the license plate light too. Then did a dry fit test to see if hitch needed tweaking before painting. Fit very well, and krusty’s welds are picture perfect. Well worth the money for his hitch, next I’ll take to get it powder coated. Can’t wait to see I with bumper on

I got the brackets with them but I saw you make replacement ones and if they’re like your hitch’s they are pretty great. Liked the quality craftsmanship on the hitch you made for me. Starting to install it this weekend. Will share experience on a thread when done. If no problem I’ll take a look at your instructions though. Pic from fiat slug were helpful too

To answer SoCalJC question l dot to me back in Oct. had one to trade for a small wheel base one. I wrote him if he got one and wanted to sell his I’d be interested he got back to me right after I bought my olym edition mj saying he’d probably regret it but he sold it to me. Just went down and picked it up last weekend going to post it when I got it all together but here’s sneak peek think he said got it in Colorado long time ago

I know this is an old thread but thanks to sammisox posting on, for sale on e-bay, I finally became a proud owner of a bronze launch coin. Ever since I first saw one of these I wanted one, I was worried at first it looked a little rough in the picture but when I got it, it cleaned up nicely, bidding started at 100$. I offered 50$. He got no bids first time so it went again. A day left I offered 50$ again. He got back with me and asked if I could do 75$. Him down 25 and me up 25 I said sure, now guess I’ll be on the lookout for a gold # one

I was walking the parts yard today and saw these rims on a Cherokee. Are they the same as the comanche’s, I want some turbines and don’t care for this type but are they worth taking and maybe trading for turbines. If not anyone interested I can go pull them. Price list says aluminum wheels 20 - 30 $ this was the worst looking one and all 4 caps are on them

After I sent my first response your pic uploaded I noticed that the one in your pic has US olym team then I checked out Dennis Collins olym Comanche walk around and his was a 14k truck with the US on it too so now I’m wondering if mine is the repro no matter I like the colorful one better. Would like to see a pic of your friends olym edition. By the way. Dennis’s isn’t a olym edition. Needs the gold strip for that. Dealer probably had stickers to put on
