So i have never heard of any one doing this but my dad sure helped me out. So my dome lights did not work like most peoples don't. well he took some wire and his soldering gun and put some wire in between the contacts since there was not one to get the current to run through the light. Well, now that he did this he hooked them back up and they work and we just super glued the lights in. also I found out that the lights had a built in map light. They flip up if you push on them with the doors closed to come on and in the middle they are neutral and do not come on even with the doors open and in the down position they are supposed to come on when the doors open. now if you rig it like we did they come on with the doors open in the down position and in the middle neutral position. Hear are the pics: here's a chart to explain better And here is what it looks like on the light its self: and here they are in action Now mine didnt have clips either so we just super glued them in :rotfl2: I hope this was a help to any of ya'll. Recommendations for spark plugs
btm24 replied to Virginia's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
Why would you want to do that, and what makes you classify those plugs as an "upgrade"? Because Bosh makes great products and thought that there best product in spark plugs would be an upgrade. but that is a bad way to consider an upgrade i know. -
what is so bad about the bench any ways? to me a bench is just the thing to have in a truck. I just want head rests  Brandon

Recommendations for spark plugs
btm24 replied to Virginia's topic in MJ Tech: Modification and Repairs
not only would you likely not see any benefit over new copper plugs, some guys have had the 4.0 get worse with non-copper plugs. :( Oh well thats not good :( I don't think i could ever see my self spending $44 on spark plugs. I just thought it would be cool to have. Thanks for the info tho Brandon -
You were the inspiration... On a side note, I did my Friday afternoon stroll through the Junkyard I pass everyday on the way home, and found an in-tact retractable underhood light on a '90 XJ Limited, so I nabbed it, and scoped out the Tan leather seats for Will/Pat... The light was mint. Asked about how much it was, describing it only as an "Underhood light", guy said $5. Came back with it, he gave me the "Oh, one of those... That's not $5." Luckily, the girlfriend's brothers father in-law works the counter, and told me to just take it. Nothing beats free. 8) Rob L. Lucky :fs2: brandon

Ive all ready looked up as all of this and from what i have learned this far into it i am getting a 4.5" rough country lift will run 31" All terrain's till i have the $ to up grade to 33" bfg mud terrain's. Also I will lock up the rear with a auto locker and run 4:10 gears. As far as i know this is what I am looking for and not the 8.25 with 3:55 gears. Thanks for the idea tho Brandon
