  4. Dose any body know where I can buy the right type of stud for this? I can't seem to find any and I don't really want to have to cut off an old one at a jy and weld it back on. That seems like a last resort type of thing. Also some one told me today that it may just screw in, and out of that bracket dose any body know it this is true? thanks! Brandon
  5. its ok loud. its not as loud as i would like to have it but it makes it sound so much more like a truck. and with the rough idle that I have it sounds like a quit muscle car you know? I should take a vid to show how it sounds. Its nice and no where near as loud as alot of trucks. Brandon

  9. Today I was installing my shocks that I just got and due to my inexperienc I tightened the shock down way to much and broke the stud. I'm talking about where the shock mounts up to the frame not the spring plate. It looks like the stud and sleeve where the shock mounts to are part of some type of mounting bracket that is welded to the frame. Dose any body know where I can get one? Or is there any other way of fixing this? I don't have a pic, but this is an old pic with an arrow pointing to the mounting place I'm talking about. Thanks for any and all ideas Brandon

    top speed

So I would love to know the top speed you have hit with your truck and what performance if any mods it had when you did so. I know the speedo only go's up to 85 but there are other ways of knowing speed (gps and what not). I know that with stock set up, stock size street tires, the renix 4.0, auto, 2wd, with 3:55 gear ratio, I got it up to 112 mph. How ever the other day I got it up to 96 mph thats with newish 31" all terrain tires, 4:10 gear ratio, about 300 lbs in the bed, and some other "minor" problems. So tell your story  Brandon
  11. can we get some pics of her all put together? Brandon

  21. Its better then a dana 35 and 8.25 but not as good as a dana 44 or a ford 8.8. Also from what I under stand, after market parts can be hard to find. Oh and I think but am not sure that it should have 4:10 gear ratio. Brandon
