  1. I know that it's a long shot but I am looking for a Tan driver side bucket seat. I just bought an 86 2wd and the interior is great excpet for the driver seat and dash. If anyone has one, send me some pictures please. Here is what I have now. I know that the pictures are horrible but you all know what I need anyways.
  2. My bad guys. Sorry mine is a 4.0
  3. I plan on taking it to scrap on the 28th. If the engine isn't sold before then, I will pull it off an let you know
  4. I have one if no body buys this engine. I want to let it go with the engine but If it goes to scrap with the rest of the truck then I will sell it to you. I have no idea what it's worth though
  5. I have one on from an 87. Not sure if it will work for your swap or not.
  6. Springs shocks, bushings and joins all wear or fatigue quickly
  7. I would stay away from rough country. There is a reason that the put rough in their name and it's not because they are durable. It's how they treat your kidneys....rough ride. There are lots of better options out there but they will cost you a few bucks more. OME is hard to beat for ride quality and off-road performance. Just my 2 cents
  8. 1987 Jeep Comanche Pioneer 2 wheel drive 4.0 6 Cyl, 5 Speed Bought it wrecked for parts. Will be going to the scrap yard as soon as all good parts are removed Currently located in the Northwestern part of North Carolina

  12. I am parting out an 87 Pioneer 4.0. I am working on the dash now and I am going to try to remove the dash harness and fuse block in one piece.

  15. That's what I am thinking!!! Thanks to all for the help
  16. Okay, I don't want to hi-jack this thread but can someone tell me more about this temp sensor on the lower driver side of the block. I have an 87 4.0 with 2 sensors on the lower driver side of the block. one is behind the engine mount and the other is a little farther back on the block and right at the bottom of the block. Which one is which? the one that is farther back is broken and I need to replace it but I'm not sure what to order. Thanks for any help available.
  17. I would like to have the whole assembly with the pin. my strap is stuck in the door and I can't pull it out. I have no pin but I do have the bracket on the body.
  18. I thought maybe it went where the 5 amp fuse is. That is for power windows and I don't have power window or locks. I don't know why there is even a 5 amp fuse in there????? As far as I can tell everything works that I have checked so far. The only thing, I believe, that I have not checked is the AC. I guess I will hang onto it. Maybe a spot will show up for it. I do appreciate all of the help from the forum and if any one else has any thoughts please chime in.
  19. It has fallen from somewhere because I have had the entire floor stripped, bedlinered and sound deadened. IDK maybe its just an extra that was up there somewhere and fell while the clutch master cylinder was being changed?
  20. I have a similar silver piece at the bottom of the fuse block but it is wider than the green one????
  21. I'm looking for a good door check strap. Who's got one to sell?
  22. I know I have seen it up under the dash. I just found it under my floor mat and I can not find where it goes? I thought that it went in the fuse panel but there is no where that it will fit. I've only Had the Comanche for a couple of months and I'm still shaking out all of the bugs!!!
  23. Okay, who got the bronze one????
  24. Where are you located? I am interested in a black rear carpet panel. Would you ship? Might possibly be interested in a tailgate if the price is right
  25. Thanks for the help. I believe that the cluster is original but I do not know that for sure. It is supposed to be back on the lift at the shop tomorrow to check the diffs. Hopefully I will have it back next week so that I can get back on what I need to fix and start driving it.
