  1. I'm looking for a set of 97+ doors as well. I want to put them on before I get all the body work done on my truck. I have seen the wire harnesses for sale on ebay fairly cheap.
  2. I robbed the KC's from my Rubicon today. :D
  3. At $250, I would likely buy it. I am just worried about shipping adding another $150 to that. So, why not C channel? Probably cheaper to make and ship that way. Do you need to use box because of the hitch? What about tabs where you can put your own D rings in? Isn't that how some other bumpers do it? I hope these end up getting made. Count me in. $250 is cheap.
  4. I'm living in Houston Texas, moved here from upstate NY over six years ago. My parents live in Crossville TN, just west of Knoxville and I have four acres right next door to them. If I could find a job making what I am here in TX, I would move there in a heart beat. :D
  5. I'm 29 until October.
  6. Got my auto dim/compass mirror hooked up. I still need to get the temperature sensor and get it wired up. Auto dim off Auto dim on I added an extra accessory plug, but made this one constantly hot. I also hooked up some more interior lights, changed the door switches and now enjoy interior lights whenever I open the door. :D

Anymore thought on making a rear bumper and some SWB sliders?
  8. I had the only comanche out there! This was the first time I have taken my comanche out. It did alot better than I expected, but a lift, better axels and lockers are a must. I must be spoiled with my Rubicon. I had my truck all packed up and found out I was out of CO2. I think I need to make a tire carrier. My new AC! I picked this fan up at wally world to keep my daughter cool, it was a scorching 85ยบ today. It worked great. Some Spring creek action. Just taking it easy and having some fun. :D Image Not Found
  9. I have a set of 03 Rubicon rims on my comanche. The rims should be a 5 on 4.5 bolt pattern.
  10. HEMI! When I get the money, my comanche will have one. It weighs less than 60lbs heavier than the 4.0L. I want to swap in the motor, auto tranny and mate it up to a Rubicon transfer case and axels. :D
  11. I'm running an Accel tune up kit I got from 4wd.com. No complaints here. It came with new dist. cap, rotor, 8mm wires and plugs for around $50.
  12. Sorry guys, I didn't get a chance today. I will try again on monday. I still haven't had a chance to check on the shipping. I have been really busy lately. I will do it first chance I get.

    Child safety?

Does my daughters carseat look unsafe? I think it sits a little bit too high to be safe in an accident.
  14. Going to do some wheeling this Saturday morning at Spring Creek Offroad park. If anyone local wants to go, directions can be found at http://www.springcreekoffroad.com. You just drive right through old town spring to get there. *Change of Plans! We are going Sunday after Church if anyone wants to go.
  15. I PM'd the guy. Thats it for the pictures. He seen it in a parking lot and snapped some pics. He also said it looked like the rear flares were just sanded down to match the front. I like the look of the cherokee tail lights.
  16. This was posted over on lostkjs.com. Who ever did the work did a real nice job. That is the same color I want to paint mine.
  17. My MJ is a 1988 4.0L. I was working on wiring up my auto-dim/compass mirror and was looking for the best place to splice into the ignition power.
  18. If you are still looking for a motor, there is a 93 LT1 for sale on Rubiconownersforum.com. It's located in Wichita Falls, Texas. :D Image Not Found http://www.rubiconownersforum.com/phpbb2/viewtopic.php?t=46155
  19. I know one is for the emissions counter, but what are the other plugs for? One is hot even with the key off. One is only hot when the key is on. And the other ones are just there???
  20. :needpics:
  21. Would it be hard to add AC to my truck? Has anyone done this? What parts are needed?
  22. Not really sure, but probably back to the factory blue or close to it. Right now I am going to get the body work done and have the whole truck sprayed primer gray.
  23. Is there an easy way to remove my "sport truck" decals?

I like the idea of rectangle rails that are thick enough to take some abuse. And a rear bumper that I could bolt on without any mods to the body with some recovery points on it.

I sure could use a rear bumper and some rock rails, but I don't have a welder. I think you could sell more "bolt on" stuff to us non welding guys, everyone else can make there own.
