Hi. I would at least go with 4.56 gears minimum with 35 inch tires. I have 33's with 4.56 on my XJ and it is just about right. Check out this link for gear calculations. You can do side by side comparisons of different ratios. Enter stock values and then what you are going to. Your comanche is looking good. http://www.grimmjeeper.com/gears.html hmmm i hear some where from that 4.10 is good enough for weekend warrior and dd with 35" thanks for link and ill research more :) and yea thanks your mj is looking good too  Its gonna cost the same to do 4:56, as it will to do 4.10, so why not just do the 4:56 and have it done right the first time? Youll be happier in the long run, especially with tires that big. thats true so 4.56 then :) ill try buy 4.56 same time as while buying the lockers- i always want Detroit truetrac though.

I'm sure its for climate control vacuum system but where should it plug at? :hmm: and this blue line been blocked with a screw in it while i was work on blower motor before work on brake line edit: ignore the blue WIRE its vacuum hose next the wire though

... THAT'S YOUR PROBLEM air grinder? are you kidding me? get a pipe cutter and a file. better yet...watch this ... then try. it must be done like this...end of story. if you can't, won't, or don't do it like this, you aren't doing it right and if it works, you're lucky as hell. I know you can't hear the audio, but the visual will give you a good explanation on how to do it. when he breaks out the file, it's to clean the burrs off of the metal. you can't get a good cut with the air grinder. period. idont have pipe cutter and i even can't afford for one right now. i already spend on new calipers. yea i know and ill watch it now -

i just made one for my passenger side brake line from master cylinder to my extended brake hose... i made one in right way as instruction said so even i snug the bolt.. its leaking so i try tight little more. still leak??? its now leaking the brake fluid. weird thing is that, its same issue when my brother and i did that double flare tube tool kit to his CJ7 rear brake line??? :???: ps: we used metric size on his cj7 so i tried standard on mine-still leaking??? :hmm:
