    How fast can you go with 4.10s? I'd like to go at least 70 in mine That is something I can't tell you. I only have 32's on the truck right now and I have been driving on a wore out 4.0 for the past year or two. very weak #2 cylinder so I'm not at full power. It currently stays on a flat highway around 65 mph. With 35's and a healthy engine, I have no idea... Would it be worth it to get this? 8.8 59 1/2 overall length. Good shafts, bad ring or pinion. 5 x4 1/2 bolt pattern And also, would a 94 explorer have the right 8.8?

    Could also upgrade to a bigger vacuum booster. Btw we live in the same town! I'm right off Alabama St. We should go wheeling some time. I live in south hill, 17th street. Where do you usually go around here Actually i'm most likely going to Sumas Mt. with a few people this coming saturday. You're more than welcome to join!     Ya it's a Dana 35 Pads are brand new up front and it all jsut got serviced a month ago

    1987 4.0l Manuel 4x4 long bed and metallic grey brand new paint job 200k miles and never rebuilt. Runs like a champ Dana 30 up front and 35 back with locked diff and rc diff cover Bench seat, kenwood radio, stock speakers 3inch lift, 31inh bfg all terrains, rock slider, nates 4x4 bumper, warn einch, KC lights, led 50inch light bar (curved), k&n air filter, throttle body spacer, kleinn train horn I'm in bellingham, Washington. it's my first car, I've done all the work except the paint job.

    My stopping power sucks. Would it help to get disc brakes on the back? Or bigger on the front? I don't know much about brakes. Would I be able to do this? Thanks. I got a 87 long bed 5x4

    Where do you guys get your skid plays and rocker guards? I can find some rocker gaurds bits no skid plates and most company's iced emailed said they don't know of any.

    I want a bigger axle because I'm slowly turning this thing into a better wheeling rig. It's my first car and so I'm just trying to do as much as I can. It's a learning process for me. Eventually I want to put on some 35s. And get some air lockers and I don't wanna put an air locker in a 35.

    Should I just swap out the back Dana 35? There's a Dana 44 I found that was pulled out of a older jeep truck, the guy didn't know the name of the vehicle, but it's put together already and only needs new brake rotors.

    So I have 1987 jeep Comanche long bed with the 4.0l i6 Dana 30 upfront 35 in the rear, 31inch bfg AT, winch, bumper, lift, led bar, and I want bigger axles. I know Dana 30s are good and 35s suck so I want to upgrade to 44s all around. I'm handy with tools and stuff so I want to do this myself. I just need to know what size to buy and what else I need to know. I saw something about WMS. What size do I want for mine? Driveshaft? I just need to know all the things I need for a swap like this. thanks
