  5. Also i picked up a re-geared re-bearinged re-tubed dana 44 out of a 04 tj with an arb airlocker and arb diff cover, will snap a pick when i get a chance. this means air compressor capable of running air tools, rear disk brakes, possibly an SOA conversion and long arms in the front in the near future!!!!

  7. The low beam is about as bright as stock. it doesnt have much for a reflector housing but uses some kind of different bulb. Only complaint is the highbeam isnt noticeably any brighter than low beam, A light bar will solve that
  8. replaced my stock headlights with some cool black background ones i found on ebay (they were cheaper than stock too) and cut off that destroyed stock bumper and trimmed back the frame rails. thought i would have to rig up some sort of license plate mount but what-do-ya-know theres a factory one with a light and everything!! unfortunately the light bulb was broken so i wired in a white LED.
  9. My heater quit working today, blower motor still works I think it may be a plugged heater core or something because the coolant lines going through the firewall are cold. Definitely need to fix this because the average temperature right now is about -26 Celsius.
  10. I want to lift the rear of the truck a little and increase the travel without sacrificing ride quality, i'm not sure if i should go with add a leafs or a HD shackle something like this: http://www.jksmfg.ca/by-vehicle/cherokee-xj/hd-shackle/ Thoughts?

  12. Frame is fine luckily, the bumper was just old and rusty. not sure if i want to fabricate one similar to stock or do some sort of tubular bumper.
  13. Did a little bit of playing in the snow, got stuck after going through about 100m of deep snow. My buddies 1/2 ton on 35s got stuck trying to pull me out after getting one tire into the deep snow . :MJ 1: . Had to get his tow truck to get us out. good day. Time for some custom bumpers haha
  14. had to cut this little chunk of flare off both sides to clear when turning : Tires don't rub with the front sway bar connected in order to utilize the disconnect ill have to trim off a little more flare. the rear has about 1/2" of clearance at full flex

  21. you drive a comanche and ride bikes. badass :rock on:
  22. little before and after action, install would have gone alot smoother if i didnt make the mistake of taking out both lower control arm bolts had to do a little redneckery with some tie down straps to get the axle lined up.
  23. Got my coil spacers in today so you can imagine how my day went. One problem i ran into was the swaybar links sheared off because the nuts were very corroded. Now Should i look into getting a swaybar disconnect something like this: http://jksmfg.com/i-13306723-cherokee-xj-comanche-mj-1984-2001-quicker-disconnect-fits-2-3-5-lift.html or just go pick up some stock replacements? anyone had experience with swaybar disconnect with only a 2" lift in the front?
  24. ordered 2'' front coil spacers from zone offroad today, Need some help here with the 2" lift in the front will i be able to fit 30" tires?
