so today i replaced my fuel pump and strainer. NO MORE BUMBLE BEE ON STEROIDS!!!! lol, the sound of the pump buzzing. runs better now. then went muddin, will try to get pics asap. also have brakes to put on, all around, and am waiting on new rims to get here. ordered some badass black ones, they gonna look good. hope somebody is still reading my build

really nice again man, also i got a question. how did you do the paint. roll on or rattle can, was thinking about doing mine OD green aswell, before i saw this and i liked it... and yours looks really good... I'm not sure yet but i will see. but yeah how did you do it and how much did it take?

to be honest its kind of annoying having it. yeah it makes it easier to take it off, but it severely limits my choices to wheels 70$ and up... but i guess it would be a good investment if you plan on using an aftermarket or OEM reproduction wheel

my sterring wheel has this spacer thingy, and all i have to do is undo the giant nut in the center and it pops off, aint gotta have a sterring wheel puller or anything

so do yall think its the actuator and a leak or just one or the other... any help is greatly apprecitaed

UPDATE--- so i checked it out again today. if the AC is on MAX with the setting at HIGH the door opens, and i can see the fan moving, but if i put it on heat or vent, or bi-lev or anything else, the door closes and i can still hear the fan spining, but if i take it from HIGH and turn the little rolly cliker down, then it just stops 100%. wtf... please help. its like 100+ degrees outside everyday, i live in GA. high heat and high humidity... need AC... plus GF is starting to hate riding in it with me, i can't go back to her volvo, PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
