i still am stumped on a lift kit but i know for sure its going to be 5.5 kit and I'm getting an 8.8 for the rear do i really need a sye i really hope theres a cheaper solution

anyone know some good DIY dana 30 builds that give part numbers of the seals as well also what dana 30's can i take the axles out of?

when draining the tranny do i need to take off the skid plate?

i want to lift my truck to put 33's on it and 31's in the winter but i want a lift kit that is stable and isent really tippy when driving at normal highway speeds

so it doesent make the side fenders all wobly

are the braces that brace my fender alright to take off? cause otherwise there in the way with the steering bolts

but as you can see in the pictures where are the holes i bolt to or do i need to drill and tap them?

i painted up my valve cover it was leaking anyways. i also have my rear bumper made and started on my front just need to paint it then i'll post some more pictures

just thought i'd revive this topic see if theres any new stories

i took off my stock bumper and I'm looking how it mounted and its just through some skinny metal how do i mount it so it is alot stronger and i can winch with it? any help would be great I'm getting a friend to mount it for me hopfully tomo if i get the info i need pictures would be great also =)

i see everyone sells like a 1 ton steering upgrade and what not. would a chevy steering work?

i was told with a 5.5 inch lift will be 5.5 in the front and 6.5 in the rear. is this true? does it matter?

ive heard you need to stop every 200 miles to start the truck an cycle the oil but i was told just disconect the drive shaft and strap it under the truck
