    run an engine

Best solution is to get a video camera(or in my case a digital video camera so you can share the video easily electronically) and record the video of the engine running, do a walk around of the vehicle, and then show the gauge cluster, that way the buyer can hear/see it, see what vehicle it is in, and see the mileage, all in one continuous shot that they can see on youtube.

    Latches

Latches, Latches? We don't need no stinkin' Latches. Yes 97 latches interchange with 01 latches.
  8. Thanks! $90+ a month for tv is enough for me :shake: Mine with top of the line HD service costs less than that, including HBO and internet.
  9. No shirt sherlock.
  10. You can get westys for $3000-4000.
  11. Do what you can man. I wish I could buy stuff like this every day, yesterday I got 6.5 hours of some part time work at 12.50 an hour, and I had like 2.5 hours before that that they still owe me for, and I think I can get another 8-9 hours of work from them, but thats still peanuts compared to what I need to take home each month(not that I am complaining or bitching that I think I am worth more, I just wish I could get more work like that). Thing is I will make more out of this day of junkyard work than I did that part time work, and it was a helluva lot more enjoyable, and not nearly as back breaking as this was. Whatever, work is work and any money coming in is good.
  12. They are, and heated too. But, they are going to make my wallet nice and fat.
  13. Scored some WJ heated leather seats, thought I might put em in my WJ to help resale value but I think I'm just gonna resell em on craigslist for a nice profit. Got a few misc pieces here and there, got a couple of things off an 03 KJ renegade, including a set of 4 renegade wheels, so that was my other nice score for the day. Found a bunch of D300s and a couple of D60s, but we gotta see if we wanna pull those or not(may not be ones with any real value). So I'm tired and wet, but it was a good day, and hopefully it turns into a profitable one soon.
  14. Well that much is obvious.
  15. Ya, I might personally solder in a switch where I could switch back and forth on the go, sometimes its nice to see the superior metric system readings.
  16. Dude, it looks like there is a way to get it to display F:
  17. Order three or more and you qualify for bulk shipping. That drops the price down to $2.33, but there's a $1.70 tracking fee. Save me a penny :brows: They tried to deliver Thursday, but I wasn't home. Didn't make it to the post office before they closed yesterday, so I just now finally picked them up. The display Celsius only. There's no switch to show Fahrenheit :( Blast! Foiled again by the superior metric system. I thought i had seen online where they had one that could switch...........hmmm back to google
  18. Done with this part. Looks like I mixed up the perfect amount of clear to spray. Looks pretty good, got a little bit of a run and some dust, but I suspect I'll be buffing it down a bit anyways. Looking good so far.
  19. some updates, got my ECU flashed to remove the SKIS system from it, so now it only needs a mechanical key to start the vehicle, thats fine with me. Cost less to get the SKIS system deleted than to key a single key programmed by a locksmith. Oh well. Also Got some paint sprayed, windshield guy should be coming back over tomorrow to install new windshield so I needed to get the roof done for him. Got the base coat on and I think I'm done with it, gonna let it dry a bit longer and then mix up the clear and shoot it. Went with diamont base and limco clear(both by BASF). The limco base we couldn't get a good matching silver to the old, stepped up to the diamont, at a fair amount more cost, and got a great matching paint. The diamont ran about $98 for the quart, the limco would have been about 35 for the base, though in not as good of a match.
  20. tl;dr
  21. I'm investing heavily in locust futures. A cockroach will out last a locust every time. No I meant that I am investing in locusts as thats what I suspect will be the end of days. Which horseman of the Apocalypse are you investing in?

  24. Tj coils are IIRC 2" shorter than XJ coils. So swapping stock XJ coils into a TJ will lift it ~2". If you find some V8 ZJ up country coils it would lift a TJ ~4"
  25. And Ebonics, don't forget ebonics.
