I think the swampers are cool and good looking, but they are toooo bulky in my eyes. i don't think they are too much of a rock tire but for anything else they are great. i don't see why people put them on beadlocks!!!???? heck you could run no air in those things on regular wheels. i do like the tall and skinny ltb's or tsl's. anyway thats just my my opinion on interco tires. but opinions are like a$$ holes everyones got one and they all stink!! :chillin: peice, fat boy is bout to go get his eat awn!! I'm out!!!

I have seen a few good deals on those bighorns. Looks like your running a good deal on them too. We might just have to do some business. (ok i don't know how to do the quote thing) :hateputers:

heck diesel is cheaper than gas by a few cents. well it was last time i got gas. i also had to find gas a few times. the ol duststang don't like not being able to find gas, its risky!

I will say this about the x-terrains, you can cut right though a water puddle on the road. I’ve had the cheap’o 31” mt’s that would put you into the other lane if it was raining, but when I bumped it up to 35” x-terrains they were great on wet roads!! You could hall a$$ when it was raining and not worry so much. And yes goodyear mtr’s suck when its wet. I ran 37”s they were ok but you get them in some mud or muddy rocks your out of luck. I can only imagine how bad they would suck if the were a smaller tire.

whats your MPG like? also how dose it pull those 36's on the highway?? i was told it would be around 2400 rpm's at 65mph! any truth to that??

Whats up guys?? I just wanted to ask what every ones tire preference is, and why? I really like the BFG mt’s but I don’t want to pay for them. ive never had a set but I have a few buds that do and ive seen those babys work. And they work well. My experience with tires consist of cheap’o mud tires (witch work great for the price), pro comp x-terrains (good rock tire, no reverse in mud though), and Goodyear mtr’s (they have to be real big to be ok in the mud, great on rocks). I like how the Dunlop mud rovers arnt too expensive, but I don’t think they look too good in a bigger size. I would love to see a picture of a mj or xj with a set of Dunlop mt 35’s under it. :redX:

My biggest problem was the pilot bearing. Witch isn’t that big of a problem at all. I had to get one for a cj and machine it out to fit the shaft on my transmission. You can check out my link and see how I did it. All in all the conversion is pretty much a Breeze!!! Just remember to have fun. Have you a few cold brew dawgys in the process!!!!

I'm getting about 1 gallon pre month. It has a lot to do with it sitting on jack stands! One of these days I hope to get worse gas mileage.

I was talking about the concept of re-using the factory uppers in his radius arm design. Not the fabrication skill. No offence to the fabricator. :hateputers:

wow!!?? thats a boot leg turbo!!! take the time and do it right. i plan on turboing my jeep. but you won't see any of that $#!& on mine!
-
dang! I'm more or less talking about tips and tricks you can do to your engine to give it more power or better fuel economy. Every thing is so scattered out its hard to find a lot of things in one area. I know gears really help out, when my jeep was 2wd and had the stock gears it was like slower than a turtle in peanut butter. But now that I have 4:10’s under it I can hardly move it in my garage with out the tires barking. Odds are ill be knocking it up to 4:88’s one day. But I still want links on how to improve my power plant.

you got a good deal!!!

what finder flares are you running on the blue truck. they look nice!! -
I just wanted to see if someone could start a sticky with renix performance mods. Yes a lot of us have renix’s in our mj and they SUCK in a stock application. At least I think so, Ive had a few 4.0L HO’s in my time and damn I wish I had that power in my mj! I know for a fact you can search all over the net and you come up short when your looking for renix performance mods! So If someone would be so kind to take a little time and make a sticky with all kinds of performance mods that would be sweeeeet! And if you can fix it were it won’t get messed up from other people asking questions that would even be better! I’m sure there is a collage kid out there or someone with noting better to do, so hook your fellow brethren up with some info! Make it so good that when someone types in “renix performance” on yahoo or google that it brings up your link. I mean I want to see the Dead Sea scrolls of renix performance mods! You can do it!!!! I’m sure I speak for a lot of other guys when I say this “if you start doing this link I will buy you endless brews when we meet up one day”!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

 Damn, you better get a patten on that before someone snags that idea from you!!
