  1. Where's the PICs???
  2. I ordered a few thing from Rocky Road Outfitters and always had great customer service.... It looks great
  3. I traded my 05 mustang conv v6 in for my 08 JK. Now your 07 Shelby is awesome. Any pics?
  4. Thanks. I broke every bolt so far. One good thing is no rust so far
  5. How do you take them off. Are they bolted from the inner well?
  6. Yes, I guess it is called the cue ball. It is a HURST
  7. I told Erik I would post some pics of my 65 mustang because his wife wants one. They are garage pics I snapped at lunch so when I pull it out I'll post better ones. Please excuse the dust it hasn't seen the outside for a while.
  8. Brent, that looks great
  9. I know there are pictures on the Jeepforum site under JK. Search for bumbers. I've seen pictures of Jeeps without bumper on. I have a 2008 JK but haven't looked under the front bumper. There are a lot of take offs for sale on ebay.
  10. Are the xj and mj rear axles interchangeable?
  11. Brent, thanks. I will get that info to you when I get home. I don't have MyGIG. Just the RES radio(single cd)
  12. fatcat0491, thanks that is the write up I used to install it. I wasn't smart enough to take the starscan screen shots with me. Actually, I don't think it would have mattered. The starscan tech was not flexable. He put my vin in and since it came up as a non uconnect vehicle (which wranglers are in the system) than it can't be done. I guess I will try another dealer and take all the papers with me. If it works I will have to call the other dealer and let them know of course. LOL
  13. I did install the kit. There is a great write up in the forum. Once kit is installed it need to be Starscan programmed. Seems like some dealerships have a clue and of coarse mine has no clue.
  14. OK. Here is my issue. Have a 08 JK and purchased kit to get Uconnect working. Took to dealer they say it can't be done. On Jeepforum.com many many people have done it. How do you tell the dealer they are wrong and prove it can be done.
  15. Have a great time :chillin:
  16. I've used hurculiner because it was roll-in. Works well. For the MJ I'm going to buy a setup on ebay to do the cab and bed. Think it will run around $200.
  17. Well I bought my Soft 8s and mounted 31s on them. So for center caps I bought the chrome ones and modified it a little. Since I won't be offroading I think they will hold up especially since they are recessed in.
  18. Well I figure it was about time I put a picture of my MJ on the site. It's not much. I use it to plow my driveway. It is stock as far as I know. I have plans on adding the RC 3" lift and Soft 8's with 31s. Hopefully, I will get it painted sometime this summer. Besides the floor there isn't much rust at all for a northern truck. Rocker are solid. Inside of the bed has some issues but I am going to spray a liner in.
  19. Thanks Eagle
  20. Ok now that I have a pic up I need to ask a question. The right side of the frame rail has two BUMPS (for lack of a better word). I think they were old welds from the PO who attempted to patch the floor. Is there any way to get rid of them? I am in the process of grinding them but it seems like it is taking forever. If I don't get rid of them the floor pan will sit off the frame rail and I don't think that's a good idea.. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks. Diane
  21. OK. Here are some pics. Please no making fun of my work, as I have no clue what I am doing. Plus it is not done. It's just a test fit. I am not finished cutting all the rust out.
  22. All I had to do to fix my ground was take the drivers tailight off and sand down the ground wire and were it was connected to the truck and it fixed one of my turn signal issues.
  23. I would look by the fuse box under the drivers side. I think the e-brake cable is routed that way. Like twojeeps said maybe your ebrake pinched a wire and grounded it. Or it could be totally unrelated.
