congrats on your weight loss :clapping: ...shirts look awesome.

I hope for a speedy recovery. In my thoughts and prayers.

I purchased the second ones(the more expensive) the person that welded them in for me said they were nice. They are a very close fit but you do need to use the mallet on them. Drivers side is in put only patched passanger side.

OK. thanks guys

Do your front and rear gears have to be the same ratio?
-
great.
-
:agree: That is a great price also.

OK. I just didn't know if they where the same width. I have the chance to get a 8.8 installed for $400. Person had it in his Wrangler but it came from a 2003 Explorer. Has disc brakes and a limited slip locker, guess I need to check the bolt pattern also. Thanks Pete

Will a wrangler rear axle fit the mj?
-
I used cherokee pans. Fit is very close. Nothing a mallet can't fix.

Too bad you don't know any one that can go to dealer auctions. The guy I work with just bought his wife a 2005 Envoy with 35k for 9k at auction. He pays the dealership $500 for use of there license. He told me I wouldn't believe what the cars go for at auction now.

From what I understand Poulan and Craftsman are the same (use the same parts). I have a Craftsman and a Husquavarna. I have to tell you the Husqu is better but the Craftsman does the job. Never had any issue with it. Easy to start and handle. Cleared my lot with it when building my house. Husq sometimes is hard to start. Mix ratio has alot to do with it.

If you do specify a carcass you may have to wait. I specified BF on my first order they shipped within a day or two and on the second order of 4 I had to wait two weeks. If you are willing to wait I had no issues getting what I wanted.

I have them on my MJ. They are fine. I don't drive it daily but my nephew has them on his ZJ with no issues. I have the OTR 31's. We had an issue with one and they sent a new tire no questions asked. Didn't even have o end the bad one back. Great customer service. If you buy them just make sure you ask for the same brand carcass. I do have some road humming but nothing bad (I also was driving with a big hole in my floor and no carpeting so maybe you won't hear any humming)

VACUUM problem please help

Can you explain what the water valve is/does? Thanks -
Eagle, I didn't mean for him to use the split breaker for the 230v. I was just saying you can pull two 15 or 20 amp breakers out and replace them with one Split to make room for the 30 or 40 amp double pole breaker.

Is the pink hose the same thing (for the heater) I have heat but only on passanger side and my pink hose is torn. -
I just went thru this. I have the 88 5 speed and they sold me one for a 89. They told me the only difference was the fitting on the slave. Gave the kit to the garage and they had no other issue. It was a LUK from ebay.

SuperWade, without seeing the inside of the panel, slots 11 and 12 would be enough for a 30 or 40 amp breaker. Personally I would use those two slots to add a 60 or 100 amps sub panel so you have room if you ever want to add anything else. Also, I have to say I have never worked on that brand box before. But other brands have what they call split breakers. They are two breakers in one for people that run out of room. If you don't have two slots open you can purchase one of those breakers and you just need to remove two old breakers and add this one breaker with the two hots hooked to it ( make sure they are the same amperage)

Pete was one of those prototypes the Jeep Gladiator Pickup? If so was it nice in person?
-
SuperWade can you snap me a picture of your box? Is it 200A service? What type of box...SquareD, General Electric, ect. sometmes there are things you can do to make room in a safe manner.

I was talking about both floor pans and truck bed. My truc bed had a bedliner on it when I purchased it and when I took it out it wasn't good. I need to sand/grind what I can and than line it.
-
Does anyone know if you can use spray in bedliner over POR15?
