PM "Outbox" Time / Searching by Subject?

How long do they sit there before acutally getting sent?

 

I have one I sent @ 8 AM today... so 6ish hours and still in "outbox", didn't know if there was a message queue that backed up or soemthing...

 

Also, is there a way to Search just the Topic Subject for something instead of the text of the whole thread?

to search for a specific topic, you have to check the box below the search that says "search for all terms"

Ohhh. That makes sense now. I was confused about that too.
