90BlackMJ Posted Monday at 02:18 PM Posted Monday at 02:18 PM Good morning! Would somebody pleaseeee snap a picture of what the seat mounting fastener nuts look like? bucket seats, I don’t think it matters tho. in my mind they are probably a 13mm with a big flange washer. Can’t seem to find where I put em
jodawill Posted Monday at 05:26 PM Posted Monday at 05:26 PM I could get a photo if you need it, but yes, it's a 13mm flange nut.
90BlackMJ Posted Tuesday at 12:47 AM Author Posted Tuesday at 12:47 AM Thanks! I know weird question. But I want my restoration to be proper.
ghetdjc320 Posted Tuesday at 03:11 AM Posted Tuesday at 03:11 AM The ones on my 90 have a captured washer that’s a bit larger than the one in the pic

Mine is also a 1990, and I have a bench seat. One of the bolts was replaced with a hole at some point so that one has a bolt going down into it instead, but I have no reason to believe the other ones aren't original.
fiatslug87 Posted Tuesday at 05:18 AM Posted Tuesday at 05:18 AM My 90 that I purchased new has flanged nuts exactly like the picture above, as do the 88 and 89.
ghetdjc320 Posted Wednesday at 03:04 AM Posted Wednesday at 03:04 AM Here are the originals on my 90. They are the same as my 91 as well. Larger washer than I see on the ones in the pics above.
jodawill Posted Wednesday at 03:28 AM Posted Wednesday at 03:28 AM I don't know about the bucket seats, but the bench seat also has four washers in the back. Maybe it's not original? Who knows.

The 89 has the larger flange, I would check the 88 that was a bench but they’re in a bag somewhere. @ghetdjc320 were your two originally buckets? 89: 90:
fiatslug87 Posted Wednesday at 05:10 AM Posted Wednesday at 05:10 AM The 87-90 parts catalog has the same PN for both bench and bucket track nuts: 11502811

AnotherOldJeepGuy Posted Wednesday at 01:16 PM Posted Wednesday at 01:16 PM I am the original owner of my particular 90 and I can vouch that these have never been touched since the day I drove it off the lot. Judging from this conversation, it would appear there are at least 2 different OEM nuts for this use .

jodawill Posted Wednesday at 10:13 PM Posted Wednesday at 10:13 PM Related question. I forgot to put these washers back under the carpet. How badly did I mess up? Do I need to immediately pull all the trim back off before I drive it? As you can see, one was already missing.
90BlackMJ Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM Author Posted yesterday at 01:55 AM lol so the consensus is either one would be correct. I found 8 nuts matching jodawill’s. thanks everyone. Now we all know!
