HOrnbroddaughter Posted Saturday at 03:27 PM Posted Saturday at 03:27 PM Hey All :), It's been awhile and I am popping in for an update on my Dad's Comanche and share some pictures of the truck with his grandchildren! We've enjoyed this truck over the past 7 years even if we haven't been able to drive it as much as we would like. It is an amazing reminder of my Dad and the person he was. While we love the truck, with 2 small children and busy lives we are sadly coming to the realization that we are unable to give it the care and attention it deserves. We think it is time for it to go to someone who can take car of it as well as my Dad would have and wanted to give this forum the first heads up that we are preparing to sell it. We will create a formal for sale thread in the coming weeks. We will never forget what this forum meant to my Dad and the support we received from you all during his final days and after his passing. Thank you so much. Please reach out with any questions! -Abby
neohic Posted Saturday at 03:48 PM Posted Saturday at 03:48 PM Thanks for the update! It’s totally understandable to be where you are with needing more space for kids. Your old man did one hell of a job on that truck! Hope your whole family is doing well.
fiatslug87 Posted Saturday at 04:37 PM Posted Saturday at 04:37 PM Great hearing from you again. Looks like the little ones can drive it in ten or so years. 😉
89 MJ Posted Sunday at 01:40 AM Posted Sunday at 01:40 AM Glad to hear you still have the truck! I agree with fiatslug, I think I’d hang onto it and let the children use it occasionally someday. That will always be your Dad’s truck regardless of the owner though!
Ωhm Posted Sunday at 01:46 AM Posted Sunday at 01:46 AM We all wish we could keep vehicles that mean something to us. Do what's best for the family. Two people will be happy, buyer and seller. Thanks for the update.
