Frozen Manifold Bolt

Have a cracked header and that #2 manifold bolt is frozen not keen on using heat any thoughts?. 88 4.0

Penetrating oil, let it sit for a day or so, penetrating oil again, repeat over a few days, then hopefully it’ll come off.

Been doing that the last few days and banging on the head ,man its in such a bad spot and not given!.

If it's really stuck, heat is a good option.

Heat won't damage anything in the area. Just get the bolt or nut to a dark red, if you can. Also, you can try and grind off the nut. Then spray with a rust buster.
