This change has made it so I have to approve everyone who wants to see the file. I usually see the request and approve really fast, but sometimes I don't see the request for a good chunk of the day. I haven't changed the permissions recently as I fear it would break the original link rendering it useless. In the end, I always APPROVE, but I do apologize for any delay.
