Renix 2.5 coolant overflow bottle

I am thinking of converting to the open cooling system and would like to use the renix 2.5 coolant bottle. Does any one know if it will fit with a 97+ washer bottle?

Isnt the 97-01 washer bottle in the fender?

 

But I dont see why not. The overflow is as close to the radiator support as it gets.

Yes it is but the problem is where the fill neck is. I have looked at pics of both the 97+ bottles and the 2.5 coolant bottle and it looks like they might interfere with one another.

It will interfere.

Huh. I guess if you wanted to get creative and heatgun the side of a 2.5L coolant bottle, it might work. Just gingerly heat the plastic enough that it deforms but does not melt through. You may lose capacity, but if it fits, it ships

Thanks for the replies. I will need to find a different solution for the coolant bottle.
