This! It is important for vehicles to be driven. That said, the RMS would likely fix your leak at that mileage, but if it isn't a huge leak, I would probably just live with it. Completely agree! I could regale you with a dozen anecdotes of vintage cars driven regularly working great and not so vintage stuff not driven frequently that do not run well. I have a 62 Austin Healey Sprite that I put 1500-2000 miles ago year on. I can get into it at anytime and just know it will start and run well. Once I heal from my open heart surgery, I will put the new (rebuilt) engine into it, and it will resume daily driver status. oleskool Posted December 4, 2024 Share Posted December 4, 2024 I pulled mine out of a barn 3 years ago, spent around $2k in parts to replace and rework hoses, clutch, brakes, fuel system etc to make sure it was good to go.
