Interior courtesy lights

I bought a set of these for my 87 MJ, and they replaced the old ones (almost) perfect.

I timmed a little (1/4 inch or so) lengthwise.

otherwise, it has connections for three wires and pops right in.

just like the originals, you press on the light and it comes on or off.

 

pretty cheap too. (ELP 2011) about $25.69 shipped

The first ones are pretty much the same as the ones I got from Advance Auto.

And, do they come on when the doors are opened? I've never had mine working, so I need to know what to expect. Thanks, Rich

I did what he did and added a footwell light from an XJ in the JY. Now my wife does not mind taking the MJ to work and driving home at 8:00 at night. She is very happy. The lights done have a setting light the ones attaboy showed but you have the light switch for the interior lights.

Many of us have found these lights a nice addition to our MJ's!!
